About fj999 – Built for Bangladesh

Our Story

fj999 was founded with a clear purpose: to give Bangladeshi players a safe, reliable, and genuinely enjoyable place to play online. What started as a passion project among a small team of gaming enthusiasts has grown into one of Bangladesh's most recognized online casino and sports betting brands, with over half a million registered players and a reputation built on trust, transparency, and speed.

From the very beginning, fj999 has been committed to offering more than just games. We set out to create a platform that respects its players — one that pays out quickly, protects personal information with SSL encryption, and provides genuine round-the-clock support whenever something goes wrong. Every feature we build and every partnership we form is guided by a single question: does this make the fj999 experience better for players in Bangladesh?

Our Mission & Values

Our mission is straightforward: to be the most player-centric online gaming platform in Bangladesh. We measure success not in revenue alone, but in the satisfaction, safety, and loyalty of every player who chooses to spend their time with us. These core values shape everything we do.

• ✔ Player Safety First — Every account is protected by SSL encryption and two-factor verification. We never share or sell player data.
• ✔ Fair Play Guaranteed — All our games use certified RNG technology, ensuring every spin, hand, and outcome is completely random and unbiased.
• ✔ Fast Withdrawals — We process withdrawals within minutes via bKash and Nagad so players never have to wait long for their winnings.
• ✔ Responsible Gaming — We provide self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, and clear guidance to ensure gaming stays a source of entertainment, not stress.

What Makes fj999 Different

We have spent years refining every aspect of the fj999 platform based on direct feedback from Bangladeshi players. Here is what sets us apart from the rest.

Built for Bangladeshi Players

fj999 is designed specifically with Bangladesh in mind. We understand the payment preferences, the sporting passions — especially cricket — and the connectivity realities that our players face every day. That is why we have built deep integrations with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, ensuring that depositing and withdrawing money is as seamless as possible whether you are in Dhaka, Khulna, Rajshahi, or Cox's Bazar.

We also celebrate Bangladesh's sporting calendar. During the BPL season, Eid festivals, Pohela Boishakh, and major ICC tournaments, fj999 runs special promotions tailored to the occasion — because we are not just a platform, we are part of the community. Every player who joins fj999 becomes part of a growing family of half a million Bangladeshis who play, win, and enjoy responsibly together.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At fj999, we believe that entertainment should never come at the cost of well-being. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming across all areas of our platform. All players must be 21 years or older to register and play. We provide deposit limit controls, session time reminders, and a voluntary self-exclusion programme for anyone who feels they need a break. Our support team is trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and can connect players with professional resources at any time.

Gaming with fj999 is meant to be a fun and controlled activity. We encourage all players to set personal limits, take regular breaks, and reach out to our 24/7 support team if gaming ever feels like it is no longer enjoyable.
